Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened, used, or damaged items due to improper handling will not be accepted for return.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to personal reasons (such as changing your mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection), all return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We will provide a return label upon request, and the corresponding return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. In rare cases such as damage during shipping, product defects, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the problem as evidence so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will be happy to arrange a full refund or free replacement for you.

Final Sale Items
Some items are marked "Final Sale" (including clearance sales items and custom/personalized home décor). These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Refund Processing
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and credit the refund.
